ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship outside of the USA  at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount and send you a free shipping label for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ekosfere.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
